a. Sourcing: As the name suggests, we specialize in providing the best candidates from the talent pool in the market. Each decision is taken, keeping in mind the skill sets, experience and geographical location of the candidates. This is all not all, for we at Pride Staffing Solutions also help our clients with market mapping activities, especially in cases where no active or passive candidates are available for recruitment.
b. Screening: Once the candidates have been shortlisted, we will provide a dedicated resource for the screening of the people shortlisted. Once all criteria are met, only then we proceed in the next recruitment step, which is shortlisting candidates for interviews.
